We take data privacy extremely seriously at Openlayer and value our users' bringing issues to our attention. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please let us know right away by emailing product-security@openlayer.com.

Timeline

We will do our best to address your concerns as soon as possible, and would appreciate your giving us a reasonable amount of time to do so before disclosing the issue to the public or a third party. Typically, we aim to resolve issues within two weeks. We are happy to work with you and keep you updated on our progress in resolving the issue.

Conduct and Exceptions

Please be responsible during this process and try your best not to violate privacy, destroy data, or use accounts other than your own or those you were given permission to use. There are certain activities we will not condone, and if we believe users to be engaging in any of these, we will immediately close their account. The below activities are strictly against our policy:

• Denial-of-Service (DoS)
• Spamming
• Social engineering or phishing

This policy extends to the Openlayer app hosted on app.openlayer.com and any other subdomains or services associated with Openlayer.
